This place was amazing the service was excellent. Ryan Terry helped me with most of everything through the phone. Since he wasn’t there the next day Dejuan Allen helped me with all of the paperwork. Took a 15 sonata to them to find out what's wrong with the car. They said would be $299.00 to let me know what's wrong with a brand of car they sell. Week later they say oh we need $2000.00 to see what's wrong with it. This place is a joke!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!!

Purchated a new Palisade vehicle yesterday. I have purchased many cars in my long lifetime and this was One of the least stressful car buying experiances ever. Salesmen Garret and his trainee Vince were awesome. Friendly, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. Garrett worked to get us to an acceptable price point. Lowell's completion of the paperwork made the process effortless and Austin provided a smooth and information packed delivery of the vehicle to us. Based on my recent experience with Park Hyundai, I would recommend this dealership, if you are in the market for a new Hyundai.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. I do not recommend this dealership or its service department. They have had my vehicle for almost 2 months now, for the 4th time in less than 2 months, for accumulative time in their shop of over 5 months (I have only owned the car for 6 months) and still cannot figure out the issue. However, they have no issue guessing and filing multiple claims against my warranty. Run as far as you can to somewhere else. Do not take you vehicle to this service department!

Used mobile service. Amazing. Nakia is incredible, as was the service technician. The mobile service is a real blessing for me, especially by virtue of the fact that the folks working it are so kind and helpful. Great job Parks!!!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They only want people who are ready to buy on the spot. They seem extremely offended that you would ever want to sleep on a big purchase or do more research. They kept pushing that if I just named a number I should be able to buy the car right then. Couldn’t be more impressed with this dealership. The sales staff were top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable, eager to answer any question and listened. Turned out it was not a sales job. We actually became friends. Best car buying experience ever. And the price was good and fair. Didn’t load the transaction with financial surprises in the 11th hour. Transparent and honest. No stress. What a bizarre experience at this dealership. Even by car dealer standards. We set out in the morning to look at 4 similar vehicles at 4 separate dealerships. I told all of them I wanted to trade my vehicle and wanted their bottom line price so I could sleep on it and make my decision the next day. No car dealership B.S.please. I had help on my very first Hyundai Palisade almost 3 years ago. Lowell was so amazing going over all of our options for a trade in, leasing and buying. We decided to try leasing. We just turned in our Palisade. We wanted to lease another Palisade but decided to downsize because we now have 2 teenagers who will be driving soon and there is no need to get a 3 row vehicle. Wouldn’t let me test drive the Tucson until I agreed on “numbers.” I’m not going to say yes to a price before I know whether or not I even like the car. I ended up working with Hyundai dealership in Ocala, test drove the Tucson and purchased the Tucson from Ocala. I’ve never been treated so poorly and they don’t deserve any stars. Their service department is never available and you can expect to be placed on hold for at least 15 minutes with no answer.

Stay far away from this xxxx dealership. My vehicle had issues since I bought it. It took 3 years of oil change visits for a loaner to finally become available for me to have the option to have the issues diagnosed. After 1 month of Luciano Nunez and Reggie Horton in service keeping my vehicle, nothing was done. They are short on mechanics and lied about even diagnosing my car. Wonderful experience. Our sales specialist Mr. Porter was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help us. We truly appreciated him. The sales manager Mari was also very helpful and worked with us to get the price we were looking for and was very friendly as well. The finance manager Marcos was also very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a great experience and we are happy with our new Tucson.

Can not thank Lowell enough for all of the help during our car buying process. We were understandably stressed when our car quit working and he helped us get into a great new Elantra.

They tried to quote me a price well over MSRP due to the shortage. It's not even close. They try to dress it up with the whole parks perks thing which adds zero added value to the vehicle as the manufacturer's warranty is more than enough to cover the vehicle. Additionally, their servicing is just oil changes. In what world do oil changes for 3 years cost four grand? I would not recommend them based on the terrible treatment. I have made multiple trips to get my Hyundai Sonata fixed of recall work here. It takes weeks to get in the queue. Very consistently I will not get a call back. My car has been in the shop for over six out of the past 8 weeks for a cylinder 1 misfire. Still diagnosing the same problem they didn’t fix the first time. Really. Stop by dealership with a friend trying to buy a new car, the lot was kinda empty talked to salesman Rudy Porter and he showed us the cars that were there, she decided that she would come back and talk to him when she has little more money for a down payment. Impossible to schedule a service appointment within a timely manner, if I schedule an appointment today (February) I could not get an appointment until July. I am sitting in the waiting area today at Jenkins Hyundai (Ocala) and having both of my Santa Fe’s serviced. Love there waiting room, their service and professionalism, they are the go to place to take your Hyundai too. Absolutely easy scheduling an appointment. Go there you will not regret it.

I had a horrible experience at the dealership in Ocala, and Parks did everything they could to make it right even though it wasn't their problem or mistake. I have tried to make an appointment to have some service recalls completed on our two Santa Fe’s. This is in January 2022 and the earliest I can schedule appointments online is July 2022. This is very poor service for recalls and/or maintenance service. I have call and chatted online to schedule service they could not give me an earlier appointment, they did take my name and telephone number to pass to the service department to have them call me. I can’t tell you how happy I was with the manager and my sales rep Daniel Evans. I feel I got a respectable price for the vehicle I purchased. Daniel is very knowledgeable and packed a lot of information on the vehicle in a short amount of time. He showed me all the options and how to work them. I haven’t tried the service yet but so far I’m very happy.

Destroyed our 2018 Hyundai...TWICE!!! Oil change here = oil plug “falls out.” Both times! Refused responsibility - our insurance covered with $1000 deductible. Shady as heck.
