The work done was fine but when I made the appt for Tuesday July 7, I was not told that the film for the rear windows are only done on Thursday. Now I have to make a second appt when all of the work could have been done in one visit as originally scheduled.
Always a pleasant experience getting service here. They took 2 hours longer than they initially expected but kept me informed and offered an Uber ride to a lunch spot.
Friendly service but takes too long I needed my oil changed and AC checked took 5 hours

We made a special trip from Yulee because Parks Hyundai had a vehicle we were interested in and arrived prepared to purchase that day if we could reach fair terms. Unfortunately, the buying experience reinforced many of the stereotypes people have about purchasing a car. The trade-in negotiation relied on the tired "I'm going to bat for you" routine rather than straightforward communication. I gave a very specific trade value I was looking for based on offers from two other dealerships, yet after the scripted back-and-forth, the offer still came back less than expected. It felt more like theater than honest negotiation. We were also asked to "do the dealership a favor" by financing the vehicle, despite explaining that we did not need financing. When we reached the finance office, the interest rate presented was significantly higher than we had expected based on our earlier conversation. Our salesperson was friendly, but the overall experience lacked professionalism. We also specifically asked whether there were any open recalls during the test drive and were told there were none. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, we were then asked to wait while an open recall was completed before taking delivery. It was another example of poor communication that added to an already frustrating experience. We purchased the vehicle because it met our needs—not because of the sales experience. Following our purchase, I sent a detailed and professional email outlining these concerns to the General Manager, General Sales Manager, and Customer Service Director. As of today, three full business days have passed without even an acknowledgment or response. That silence speaks volumes about how customer feedback is handled after the sale. I hope Parks Hyundai takes a serious look at replacing outdated sales tactics with honest, transparent communication. It would create a far better experience for customers who come in ready to buy.
This reinforces my view that you should not have work done at a dealer. According to the mechanic that I trust, the diagnosed problems with my car (at this dealer)were overpriced and not necessary. I thought the problem would be covered under warranty, so I was only taking the car to the dealer hoping it would be covered under the warranty/previous recall.

I have purchased two cars from this dealer so I have done business with them for a while. My only disappointment with the service is that even with taking my car in for service (multiple occasions) They have been out of loaners each time. With such a large lot I would think that they would have cars available especially when I was not told when I made the appointment that I would need to leave my car. That is something that I should have been told when I made the appointment. Also I made an appointment yet there was no one available at the time to check my car. What is the point of the appointment? Other than that the service is always good.
I recently had my 2024 Tucson in for warranty service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Things went smoothly and checkout was quick.
When I picked up my car the salesman was busy and did not go over all the car features. I was able to figure things out after reading the car manual.
Dalton our sales guy was awesome to work with. He was quick and efficient but through! Marco the finance guy was quick to explain the warranties and maintenance choices.If the service department if needed is as efficient as these two guys I will be a happy customer for a long time.

My family has purchased a brand-new vehicle and leased another brand-new vehicle about six months apart, and the level of service was exceptional both times. What really stands out is how well everyone works together as a team to create a great customer experience. I’ve also brought both vehicles back for service, and the service department absolutely blew me away. During my appointment, Olga greeted me right away, explained exactly what to expect, and made sure I had transportation while my vehicle was being serviced. When I returned, another team member stepped in to help while Olga was assisting another customer on the phone. As soon as she finished, Olga came back out to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was completely satisfied. The attention to detail was impressive. My vehicle was returned clean, and they even used protective coverings to keep it that way while it was being serviced. From sales to service, every experience has been outstanding. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers, this is the place to go!

The person who checked me in was wonderful. Unfortunately during check out the man was very dismissive and on the verge of rude. I did not receive the correct estimate and it was implied that it was not his problem.
