We have been customers for 10 years now and we love Parks Hyundai. On this latest visit (regular oil change), we showed up 30 minutes early (I always misjudge Gainesville traffic patterns LOL), and our service advisor was on his lunch break. We would have been totally cool to just wait in the very clean and comfortable area the dealership provides until our appointent time, but Olga checked us in anyway to get us started. AND offered the complimentary service of an Uber driver if we wanted to go have lunch while our car was serviced. (Yes, thank you!) As always, we appreciate the videos we get from the technicians who work on our car, the color-coded reports of what is fine, what may need work in the near future, and what needs immediate attention. Our service advisor for the past two years, Edwin, is a person we trust and who always makes us feel seen and welcomed. So to Edwin, Olga, and the technicians who take care of our car, THANK YOU!!!

Not honest at all and poor follow up for complaints. They don’t honor their prices given over the phone. Going somewhere else as is my husband. Parks gives Hyundai a very bad name.

We had an excellent sales experience with Jaylen Gillum. He and his sales manager listened to our concerns and responded appropriately.

A “fixed” car means it last 10 more miles and they charge you full amount.

My service rep was Olga. She got me in and out. I had oil change, tire rotation, and 5 recalls all handled in a short time period. I will have my car serviced at this dealership again.

Despite I didn't make an appointment for my car oil change service, I was quickly aproached by Edwin service advisor. His service and advise was very profesional.

Olga is the worst service provided I have witnessed in my life. She doesn't communicate. She is condescending. She is short tempered and has no care for the positions that her customers are put in. Thankfully I worked with the service manager directly because Olga was useless. He was able to give me a fair price on the Alternator. All in all there was no communication about the length of time it would take to complete my service initially so to have my vehicle there for 3-days before they even attempted to look at it was disheartening and is the main factor in why I will do everything in my power to visit the Ocala location for future needs. I had to uber for 3 days straight to and from work with no communication from anyone until the very end. All in all though the Service Manager Gerald Acevedo was nice, helped me out, and communicated when he wasn't tied up in other situations. He is the Star of the Team and hopefully he will get rid of the bad apples he has in the camp. Soon.

The work done was fine but when I made the appt for Tuesday July 7, I was not told that the film for the rear windows are only done on Thursday. Now I have to make a second appt when all of the work could have been done in one visit as originally scheduled.

Always a pleasant experience getting service here. They took 2 hours longer than they initially expected but kept me informed and offered an Uber ride to a lunch spot.
