Edwin Louis is excellent. He communicates well to those of us who are not mechanics and is proactive in assisting the customer. I find him trustworthy and am very happy to deal with him. I recommend Edwin without reservation.

I don't know why they have people schedule appointments. My appointment was at 9:00 am. I got there at 8:45 am. They didn't even touch my car until 10:22 am. I know because my car was sending me a panic alert when they started working on it. It also told me my doors were unlocked. The recall paperwork said it should take 2 hours. I was still sitting there 5 hours later. Before they started the recall, my car told me there was 86% fuel left. When they got done with my recall my car said it had 81% fuel left. What did they do with 5% of my fuel? Also, not everyone has a smart phone that they live on 24/7. I don't. A TV turned on in the breakroom would be nice. Also in the breakroom the coffee was too strong and there was only sugar for a sweetener. Not everyone uses sugar. I don't live in Gainesville so I could not take advantage of your mobile service. Also, since the recall paperwork said it should only take 2 hours, I had planned a lunch date that I had to cancel. Also, I have to take pills when I eat and I didn't bring them with me so I could eat some of your snacks so I was starving to death by the time I got back to the house at 3:00 pm. I don't eat breakfast so I hadn't had anything to eat.

The service to my vehicle was good. The customer service was lack luster. I should have at least been given a timeframe or kept informed of progress because it wasn't even a busy day and I had an appointment. Overall I can't complain because I got done what needed to be done.

Took my car in for a service and got my car back with new issues. never mentioned having issues with my car misfiring only that it was burning oil quick and my engine light was on. now my car shakes everytime i turn it on. i was told by the hyundai mechanic that this is because they took my car apart for the diagnostic, without letting anyone know, so because they had to take it apart it made issues that could have happened worse. no one took any responsibility but had time to mention selling my car back to them. I would never recommend anyone to ever bring their car to this dealership. in fact, i’ve told multiple people to never go to this dealership even if their car was falling to pieces and to risk driving to ocala. i think the google reviews for the gainsville dealership speak for itself.

I asked when I scheduled and also at the dealership when I dropped off my car if it could be done within 2 hours because of the funeral. They said it's just an oil change, sure! I received a call at 11:19 while I was at the funeral that I could pick up my car. Obviously, I had to make other arrangements to get there because my car wasn't done. I think that from 7:30am, it shouldn't have taken almost 4 hours to have that service done. I wouldn't have gotten service that day had I not been assured it could be done in a timely manner (the timeframe I asked about). The next section made me put ratings on two people. I have no idea who they are, I had no interaction with them, so I gave them each 4 stars. That shouldn't be a required field.

Got my wife in on time and out in a reasonable amount of time. Took care of everything as expected.
